Over 310 business people battled the cold to attend this year's TVA gala dinner, held at The Hilton Reading the last night of January 2019.
The team were there in support of Becca our nominee for the Apprentice of the Year award alongside five other hopefuls from across the region.
Becca joined the Adactus Opps team in November 2017 having signed up with QA Apprenticeships after completing her A-levels that summer.
Since embarking on the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship, she's passed MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobile and Device Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, BCS Business Processes, BCS Coding and Logic.
Celebrating the best of achievement
This award recognises the apprentice who has developed the most and who's made an outstanding contribution to the company in which they're based.
They also take into consideration the projects they've undertaken and their future career path as a result of their apprenticeship.

Looking to the future, Becca will be studying for her Level 4 Network Engineer IT, Web & Telecoms Professional qualification and, with that under her belt, she'll be working towards a Microsoft Office 365 or Azure qualification.
