Adactus have worked with Fairview and their preferred Digital Design Agency for over 5 years to provide a marketing led web site designed to showcase their developments, which cover London and the home counties. The main function of the site is to give customers access to detailed information about each new-build site, and allow them to register their interest as a potential buyer or investor.

All the content on the site is managed by Fairview staff from their head office in Enfield, London. Adactus built a user friendly Content Management System that allows a wide variety of information to be edited including news articles, full site maps, 3D tours and walkthrough videos.

Managing the site content in-house has many benefits for Fairview, not least being able to make immediate changes to the site as new developments become available or are sold.

Behind the web site is a rich database of information about customers that allows Fairview to keep potential buyers and investors informed about upcoming and existing sites. Electronic links to each development site keep sales teams up-to-date with the latest information.
