Facilities Services Group chooses Adactus Ltd for software application development and support

Facilities Services Group (FSG), a UK market leader in delivering an integrated approach to facilities management services, has chosen to work with Oxfordshire based Adactus Ltd to provide extensive software application support and on-going development for their suite of in-house software applications.
Initially Adactus provided a comprehensive audit of the complete family of FSG's internal systems' and the associated business processes within FSG's Managed Solutions Division. This initiative facilitated a much broader understanding of FSG's overall systems and their operational effectiveness across all stakeholders as well as identifying a number of quick wins to further improve the performance of FSG's software application Suite.
This Suite consists of an online portal system, enabling customers to raise maintenance requests directly, as well as several other software components centred on the efficient processing and reporting against customer's requests. Adactus quickly replicated the entire software application suite and infrastructure within their development environment enabling the software support aspect of the partnership to be quickly established.
The overall software architecture includes several Microsoft .NET based applications, SQL databases, reporting systems and web service interfaces that support connections to other 3rd party systems such as finance and remote job management.
FSG's sophisticated software architecture along with Adactus's ability to quickly understand the FSG business model has enabled Adactus to initiate not only a tailored support service but also to assist in planning the next generation of enhancements.

Adactus is now in a strong position to provide FSG with further development services as they look to extend their current suite of applications to drive further self-service for their customers and additional improvements to internal processes.
